Michela Palumbo

Dr. Michela Palumbo is a research fellow at ISPA-CNR working on innovative and no-destructive techniques to preserve quality of fruit and vegetables. In 2023 she earned her Ph.D. at University of Foggia about the development and validation of a Computer Vision System, as a non-destructive methodology to predict the quality of fresh-cut rocket leaves. From 2012 to 2014 she won a scholarship at University of Foggia about pre-harvest practices to produce high quality horticultural products.
