I graduated in Industrial Biotechnology Sciences (University of Salento) and I obtained a PhD in Soil and Food Sciences at the Faculty of Agriculture of the University of Bari "Aldo Moro". Thanks to the research activity carried out for twelve years, I have a strong specialization in the field of food microbiology of fermentation processes both for food production and for the bio-valorization of waste from the agro-food industry.
