Francesco Grieco

Dr. Francesco Grieco, graduated in Biological Sciences from UNIBA, is a senior researcher in agricultural microbiology. He worked at CeViCom and is currently at ISPA-CNR in Lecce. His research focuses on autochthonous yeasts for wine production, involving various funded projects. He has obtained habilitation for both first level professorships and has published 278 scientific works. He received the Vinarius Award and is a member of the Italian Society of Agricultural Microbiology.
