I have a degree in Food Science and Technology and a Ph.D. in Food Biotechnology from the University of Foggia. My work focuses on volatiles characterization, aroma chemistry, and sensory analysis, in food and beverages. I have contributed to numerous national and international research projects aimed at improving product quality through innovative biotechnologies. My research is documented in 61 publications, with an h-index of 27 and 1,771 citations as of October 2024.
