Head of Torino Research Unit. Associated Researcher of INRiM. My research is focused on the intersection between food and health, with the aim of uncovering bioactive and allergenic proteins in food and their interactions within the human body. I have contributed to establishing “IMPrESA – Metrological Infrastructure for Food Safety” at INRiM. Specific areas of interest: biochemistry of milk and infant food; clinical nutrition.
