She is currently involved in the PNRR Project "ON Foods" and has participated in the PNRR Project "SUS-MIRRI.IT." Dr. Anelli earned her PhD in Soil and Food Sciences, conducting research on food safety and mycotoxigenic fungi, particularly in dairy products.
