Dr. Daria Carella received her Master's degree in Biotechnology for Food Quality and Safety (110/110 cum laude) from the University of Bari “Aldo Moro.” At CNR-ISPA, as a research fellow, she carries out research activities involving the isolation, taxonomic identification and molecular characterization of fungal strains in order to evaluate food security.
