Antonella Lamonaca graduated in Chemical Sciences at the University of Bari in 2018. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Soil and Food Sciences at UniBa, and holds a Research Grant at ISPA-CNR in Bari. She has experience in the proteomics and metabolomics characterization of different food matrices and in the use of high-resolution mass spectrometry coupled to liquid chromatography.
