She received her PhD in Food Quality and Human Nutrition in 2013 (University of Foggia). She has been working at ISPA-CNR since 2009 as a PhD student and as research fellow, and since 2019 as a permanent researcher. Fields of investigation: a) proteomic/metabolomic studies (food allergens and small molecules) by Mass Spectrometry coupled with bioinformatics; b) food safety; c) study/production of hypoallergenic foods; d) food fingerprinting for authenticity purpose; e) valorization of food waste
