She gained Master’s Degree in Food Science and Technologies, Ph.D. in Food Biotechnology, she is a Researcher at CNR-ISPA in Bari. Her main skills and research topics are focused on: polyphenols recovery by green/innovative technologies and their chemical analysis (HPLC, GC-MS); realization of functional foods; application of static and dynamic gastrointestinal digestion models; evaluation of bioaccessibility, biological activities of natural compounds by in vitro assays
