She graduated in Chemistry in 2012 at the University of Bari and received her PhD in Soil and Food Sciences (curricula: Food microbiology, technology, safety and chemistry) in 2016. Her research activity concerns the development and standardization of methods for the analysis of metabolites (mycotoxins) and pesticides in food matrices based on advanced mass spectrometry and/or immunoassay techniques. She has expertise in social laboratory design and social network analysis.
