Lucia Gambacorta

Dr. Lucia Gambacorta, researcher at the CNR ISPA, obtained a degree in Chemical Sciences and Technologies and a PhD in Microbiology, Chemistry and Food Health at the University of Bari. Her research is based mainly on the evaluation of human exposure to mycotoxins by biomarker analysis in urine. It also dealt with the decontamination of food and drinks from mycotoxins using agricultural waste material.
