Vincenzina Fusco is senior researcher at the CNR-ISPA. Her master degree cum laude in Food Science and Technology, her Italian Official Licence for the profession of Food Technologist e her PhD in Food Science and Technology were achieved at the University of Naples Federico II. Her main skills deal with food microbiology and molecular biology applied to food science and technology.
