Established experience in chemical and electrochemical characterization of food and plant biodiversity phytocomplexes using amperometric sensors and biosensors, with specific expertise on antioxidant and prooxidant properties of phenolic compounds. Research activities on viability, metabolic activity, mechanisms regulating programmed cell death, gene and protein expression of cancer and non-tumor cell lines treated with biocompounds.
