Graduated in Biology in 1985 she carried out research on: protection of genetic resources and their valorization; purification and characterization of plant proteins; support for quality agriculture through the diversification and valorization of fresh and processed fruit and vegetable products through the use of quality biochemical markers; biochemical mechanisms of response to abiotic stress in horticultural species; use of enzymes from plant waste in the context of "bioremediation".
