Weed control with biological and eco-friendly methods in crop and extra-crop areas. The main experimental activities, in vitro, in greenhouses and in field, are aimed at the sustainable weed control and the study of phytotoxic natural substances to reduce the use of pesticides. In particular, production and use of fungal microorganisms, biological assays for the production and characterization of phytotoxic metabolites.
