The scientific activity has developed, in addressing the problems related to food safety with a summarized global intervention strategy with the slogan "from field to table". Her research activity has also been articulated in the training of personnel, in the infrastructural upgrading and in a significant scientific and project growth demonstrated by the national/international contracts/ collaborations and by the participation also as coordinator, in National/European projects
