Dr. Stefania Somma, Master Degree in Agricultural Science and Technology and PhD in Agricultural Genetics, has a researcher permanent position at CNR-ISPA. Her expertise is focused on morphological and molecular characterization of mycotoxigenic fungi of agri-food interest; evaluation of fungal biodiversity; detection and quantification and characterization of microorganisms; study of strategies aimed at the prevention and reduction of the mycotoxin content in agri-food products.
