Dr. Angelica Bruno was graduated in Biology in 2016 (LM-6), and got her PhD in Soil and Food Sciences in 2021, from the University of Bari Aldo Moro. She is a research fellow in the Institute of Food Production Sciences of the CNR, and her main research interests are extraction and characterization of bioactive compounds of plant origin as well as biological activity assays using in vitro models.
