Carmen Campanale graduated in Biology and then she obtained PhD in Public Health, Clinical Medicine and Oncology with a specialization in Pharmacology. She evaluates the efficacy of new additives to reduce the contamination of feed with microbial toxins and she develops/validates HPLC/UHPLC methods for the determination of mycotoxins in food and feed, with a focus on green solvents as an alternative to traditional analytical methods.
