Anna Rita Bavaro graduated with a Master's Degree in Biotechnologies for the quality and healthiness of nutrition in 2015, obtained a Master in Food Safety in 2019, and earned a PhD in Soil and Food Sciences in 2021. She is a postdoctoral researcher at ISPA-CNR, focusing on the characterization of bioactive compounds from plant matrices, biotechnological applications, the development of functional foods, and the evaluation of biological activities using in vitro models, including cell lines.
