Valentina Cifarelli

Valentina Cifarelli obtained her Master's Degree in Food Science and Technology in 2020 at UNIBA. After a one-year Scholarship at ISPA-CNR (Bari), she is currently a Research Fellow at the same institution since May 2024, where she works on the characterization of microflora and on the study of microbiological and chemical-physical quality of foods of plant and animal origin, through chemical, microbiological and molecular biology analyses.
