Angela Cardinali

Angela Cardinali, biologist and senior researcher at CNR-ISPA, has over 20 years of expertise in food chemistry and functional foods. She managed various national and international projects, as Joint Lab (Canada) and INNOTRITION (Italy-Greece). Since 2021, she is the Scientific Coordinator of the BBI-JU PHENOLEXA project. She is an editorial board member of the several scientific journals and guest editor for Food Chemistry X. She serves as a scientific auditor for MIUR and MISE in Italy.
