Donato Greco PhD, has many years of experience in the analytical determination of mycotoxins (classical and emerging) in food and feed. Currently, his research activities are mainly focused on strategies to detoxify feed from mycotoxins (classical and emerging) by using adsorbent materials and biotransforming agents (bacteria, yeasts and enzymes) in order to promote animal welfare while protecting consumer health.
