Researcher since 2008, she has been working on the isolation and characterization of secondary metabolites from agro-industrial waste biomasses; the Development of eco-sustainable protocols for the recovery of bio-compounds from agro-industrial by-products; Study of the antioxidant capacity and oxidative stability of extracts derived from plants from the Mediterranean scrub and edible oils enriched with phytoextracts using Electron Paramagnetic Resonance (EPR).
