Dr.ssa Katia Gialluisi, graduated in Food Science and Technology at University of Bari, holds the position of technical collaborator for research institutions, and she deals with storage, maintenance, receiving and distribution of microbial strains deposited at the ITEM collection of the Institute of Sciences of Food Production in Bari. She is also involved in identification and characterization of toxigenic fungi and characterization and preservation of food microbial consortia.
