Tiziana Forleo, PhD in Chemical and Molecular Sciences from the University of Bari, is currently a research fellow at the Institute of Food Production Sciences (CNR). Specialized in the study and application of chemometric methods for the analysis of spectroscopic data (FTIR-ATR, Raman, SERS, FORS, ICP-MS), she is now involved in the analysis of VOCs and in the development and validation of analytical methods using GC-MS, and chemometric models for untargeted studies on food matrices.
