NutriEV

Development of nutritional vesicles for precision diagnostics and therapeutics for metabolic diseases

The NutriEV project aims to explore the biomolecular composition and glycosylation effects of nutrient-enriched extracellular vesicles from raw and fermented foods. The project utilizes in vitro and in vivo models to investigate how these vesicles interact with the gut microbiome and influence metabolic regulation. By leveraging molecular data from nutrient-enriched extracellular vesicles , the project seeks to create new diagnostic tools, precision biosensors, and strategies for developing innovative, health-conscious food products
